The non-alcoholic Cider Rosé is a dry craft cider from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, without alcohol, in a practical small 0.33l bottle. Wonderfully sparkling and fantastically fruity, when well chilled it is a refreshing drink that is completely alcohol-free.

The non-alcoholic Cider Rosé smells of red berries, apple, and pear and exhibits a tart hop aroma. On the palate, it is refreshing with a striking sweet-sour interplay and exciting bitter notes with tart accents, which come from dealcoholized, non-alcoholic red wine. Intensely rosy-red in color, it suggests sweetness but surprises with great fruitiness and hoppy notes. The Jörg Geiger non-alcoholic Cider Rosé is a summery refresher that pairs wonderfully with grilled food, salami pizza, tarte flambée with red onions, or cheese pastries, and is also highly recommended on its own as a tart, non-alcoholic beverage.

Hand-picked apples and perry pears from old orchard varieties are gently pressed and traditionally matured for this sparkling Cider Rosé. Subsequently, the resulting alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation, with the dealcoholization of the Jörg Geiger Cider taking place "in house" at aroma-preserving 35°C. Anyone who has tried dealcoholized beverages knows that the taste often suffers. However, perfectionist Jörg Geiger was not satisfied with this and has wonderfully balanced the non-alcoholic Cider Rosé, refining it for more complexity with dealcoholized red wine, pear juice, hop extract, selected herbs, and spices. Ripe, richly sweet pear-apple fruit with a pleasant carbonation tingle and meadow herb undertones, as well as a very round mouthfeel, make the non-alcoholic Cider Rosé a summery refresher.
