Pennette alla Domenica by Pasta Filotea is a pasta shape typical of the Italian region of Emilia Romagna. Modeled after a quill, the pasta has a continuous ridging that allows optimal sauce absorption. The particularly short, delicate tube pasta is hand-rolled according to old tradition. Cooking time is 6 minutes.

Pennette pair well with fresh tomato sauce with lots of basil or with pesto, are great for baking gratins, and superb for pasta salads.

Der Teig wird lange geknetet, dünn ausgerollt und langsam getrocknet. So entstehen Eiernudeln von kurzer Kochzeit, die Sauce perfekt aufnehmen und den authentischen Geschmack Italiens auf deinen Teller bringen.
