Ciccolella Faresse: this single-varietal Ogliarola Barese extra virgin olive oil is made from carefully selected olives of the iconic Ogliarola Barese variety. The green-golden oil is delicate, smooth, and refined, with a typical almond aroma; its almost sweet taste and notes of banana and yellow apple make it the perfect accompaniment for poultry, fish, blanched vegetables, and delicate salads.

It is a monocultivar olive oil: 100% of one variety, produced with great experience and know-how, so that the varietal aroma comes through clearly and unadulterated.

Ciccolella – Olive Oil from Puglia

The Ciccolella family has cultivated large estates in the province of Bari since 1878. With around 8,000 olive trees of the Coratina and Ogliarola Barese varieties, the groves stretch between coastal towns and the inland of Terra di Bari. The olives are hand-harvested, gently pressed in their own mill in Molfetta, and bottled in aroma-protective, dark glass bottles to ensure a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Under the leadership of Giuseppe Ciccolella, the company fully transitioned to organic production in 2021. Photovoltaic power, the return of the pomace as organic fertilizer, and nearly plastic-free packaging (recyclable glass, aluminum cap, paper label) underscore their sustainable philosophy.
