Alpe Pragas – Forest Fruit Fruit Spread with 75% Fruit Content
Enjoy a whole basket full of ripe wild berries – blueberries, raspberries, red and black currants – carefully harvested and processed into a highly aromatic fruit spread. Most of the fruits come from their own cultivation in the idyllic Prags Valley, where the Gruber family has been cultivating berries since 1994 at an altitude of approximately 1250 m in the Dolomites. The alpine mountain climate ensures a longer ripening period and a particularly intense aroma of the fruits.
The fruit spread is cooked down with just a little sugar and lemon juice and gelled exclusively with natural apple pectin. This preserves the natural taste, fresh color, and valuable vitamins of the fruits. Whether as a spread on bread, in muesli, with pancakes, crêpes, yogurt, or quark – this fruit spread turns every breakfast moment into a luxurious indulgence.
