Carefully selected Navel and Tarocco oranges are harvested from November to January and gently cooked with a little sugar and lemon juice. The result is an orange marmalade with an exceptionally high fruit content of 75%, which is set exclusively with natural apple pectin, thus retaining an incomparable freshness and intensity.

The fruits come from the unique alpine climate of the Prags Valley, where they have been cultivated naturally by the Gruber family since 1994 at an altitude of about 1250 m. Hand-planted seedlings, repeated weeding of the fields, and irrigation with pure river and spring water from the Dolomites ensure a particularly intense aroma and the highest quality. Free from artificial additives, preservatives, colorings, and flavorings, this fruit spread is also gluten-free and vegan – a pure delight for every day.
