The basis for all Alpe Pragas gourmet products are fruits of the best quality, some grown in their own fields, which are carefully cleaned, pitted, and cut into pieces by diligent hands before being gently cooked down briefly under vacuum at 65 degrees and filled into the typical square jars. The fruit always takes center stage in the taste, made from the best ingredients as natural and pure as possible, and the consistency of Alpe Pragas fruit spreads is unique. Of course, they are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
