The Goodvines Sparkling Riesling non-alcoholic is a sparkling Riesling made from dealcoholized wine that impresses with its authentic Riesling taste. It is a stylish, fruity alternative to sparkling wine and wine, featuring varietal aromas of apple, peach, and lime. Pleasantly effervescent with a soft texture, it makes an uncomplicated accompaniment to light meat, poultry, fish, vegetables such as asparagus, and summer salads. Its luminous, straw-yellow color in the glass underscores its fruit-forward character. Thanks to its lively acidity and the authentic flavors of yellow fruits, this sparkling Riesling offers a perfect balance between sweet and tart. Sparkling Riesling – stylish, authentic, non-alcoholic

The production of Goodvines Sparkling Riesling combines selected fruity-acidic Rieslings from Germany with state-of-the-art technology and the expertise of experienced wine dealcoholizers. During the process known as vacuum distillation, the alcohol contained in the wine is gently evaporated in stainless steel cones at 30° Celsius. The bouquet notes—the light, volatile, yet flavor-giving substances of the wine—are captured and stored separately, allowing the alcohol to be completely evaporated afterward, resulting in a final product with 0.0% alcohol. The dealcoholized white wine then has its natural bouquet added back in unchanged, which makes the authentic taste possible. To harmonize the Sparkling Riesling after the removal of the alcohol, it receives a so-called "dosage" (liqueur d’expédition) consisting of grape must syrup before bottling.

Goodvines was founded in 2019 by passionate wine lovers in Heidelberg to create a non-alcoholic wine alternative for everyone who wants to forgo alcohol, but not authentic taste. Jörn and his brother Lars Walking purchase select wines, have them gently dealcoholized by masters under vacuum, and delight their audience with the authentic taste, even when served at wine festivals in the Palatinate region. Goodvines, which translates roughly to "good vines," are all high-quality wine alternatives that contain no alcohol and are produced in Germany. You will find no flavor enhancers, refined sugar, or artificial aromas in them—just pure enjoyment.
