La Belle Iloise – Sardines and canned fish from Quiberon

La Belle Iloise is a family business on the Breton Atlantic coast in northern France, whose name is famous far beyond France's borders for its special canned fish. Founded in 1932 by Georges Hilliet not far from the fishing port of Quiberon, freshly caught high-quality fish have been traditionally cleaned, deboned, and finally canned there by nimble hands for over 85 years, like these Saint Georges sardines.
