Organic Forest Honey from Neber is a strong, dark honey with a full aroma. This amber to reddish-brown to black honey is made from honeydew and primarily comes from Norway spruce. Complementary flavor notes are added by wild raspberry and sycamore maple, for example. The honey is characterized by its natural variety of active ingredients - especially its high mineral and enzyme content. Thanks to its high fructose content, it remains liquid for a long time, but can still crystallize. The harvesting areas are located in the clear mountain regions of Styria, including the Hochschwab and Fischbach Alps regions, giving each jar an unmistakable regional character.

The primary goal of production is the creation of high-quality, single-origin varietal honeys. This requires a lot of experience in dealing with bees and in the maturation of honey: only ripe honey is storable and will not ferment if stored correctly.
