Alpe Pragas Apricot Fruit Spread is an incomparably aromatic spread that captures the sun-ripened aroma of apricots from South Tyrol's Vinschgau valley in every jar. For this delicacy, honey-sweet apricots are hand-picked, pitted, cleaned, and gently cooked with a little sugar and fresh lemon juice. The fruit spread stands out with its high fruit content of 75% and is gelled exclusively with natural apple pectin – completely free from artificial additives, preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

Quality from the Dolomites – Alpe Pragas Delicacy Manufactory
Since 1994, the Gruber family has been cultivating berries using natural farming methods in the Prags Valley at an altitude of approximately 1250 m. The alpine climate ensures a longer ripening period and a particularly intense aroma of the fruits. The fields are carefully irrigated with spring water from the Dolomites and lovingly tended. This care is reflected in every jar of the fruit spread.
Alpe Pragas fruit spreads have been a staple of our range since 2002 and impress with their unique consistency, intense fruit flavor, and high quality. Gentle processing without additives or preservatives preserves vitamins, natural color, and the full aroma of the apricots.
