Tiroler Edle – Milk Chocolate with Tyrolean Walnuts
The Tiroler Edle milk chocolate filled with walnuts is a crunchy, nutty chocolate bar by Hansjörg Haag. In a fine cream of milk couverture, walnut nougat made from hand-picked, roasted walnuts and fresh cream from Tyrolean Grey Cattle, the Tyrolean chocolate maker has captured a very special aroma of nuts and caramel. The 50g bar is covered in 39% milk chocolate.

Forget gray, the uniquely good chocolate made from the milk of Tyrolean Grey Cattle is by no means a gray mouse when it comes to creations and packaging. Hansjörg and Christoph Haag are always coming up with new creations for the delicious fillings: like the one with caramel and salt crystals. Therese Fiegl has given the Tiroler Edle equally creative packaging. Brown at the bottom indicates milk chocolate, gray at the bottom indicates fine dark chocolate in the pretty paper sleeves. The bright color at the top reveals which filling is hidden in the chocolate. Apricot is orange at the top, raspberry is red, nougat is blue. To protect quality and taste, the small bar is wrapped in film, which is environmentally friendly and made from cellulose, thus plastic-free. We welcome this very much.
