Rose Salt in a Pink Stone Pot – Fleur de Sel la vie en rose – 140g
The Sal de Ibiza Rose Salt, Fleur de Sel la vie en rose, in a pink stone pot, is a limited special edition. The Fleur de Sel La vie en Rose is refined with rosebuds, rose petals, and rose oil. Aesthetics, content, and sustainability make up this rose salt, which is filled into a pink pot. The rose salt also bears a pink ribbon, the Pink Ribbon, on its label. Daniel Witte, owner of Sal de Ibiza, donates 2 euros from every sold terracotta pot of the La vie en Rose Limited Edition to Pink Ribbon Germany.
"The pink ribbon 'Pink Ribbon' today stands worldwide as an unmistakable symbol of breast cancer awareness. The goal is to jointly strengthen sensitivity to breast cancer. Because for hardly any other cancer disease is early detection so important for the chances of recovery," explains the association its mission.
The La vie en Rose rose salt is wonderful as a dessert salt for dark chocolate mousse, chocolate coulant, or vanilla ice cream, but savory dishes can also be seasoned with it, such as lamb chops, game dishes, or oriental-inspired dishes like Tagine or Couscous.
Furthermore, the Fleur de Sel la vie en rose from Sal de Ibiza in the pink stone pot is a thoughtful gift, whether together with bread for a housewarming, as a birthday present, or as a bring-along for a barbecue. The small, white porcelain spoon allows for good dosing of the rose salt and looks good on the table. And once the pot is empty, it can be sustainably refilled.
Sal de Ibiza Fleur de Sel la vie en rose – Limited Edition
The first limited edition from Sal de Ibiza was a pink salt pot, which supported the international organization Pink Ribbon with €1 per pot sold. Overwhelmed by the success, which benefited breast cancer research, the team around Daniel Witte is now encouraged each year to create a new special edition and thus support a charitable project. In 2019, it was the Isla Blanco edition, which donated €1 each to the Ibiza Preservation Fund to strengthen the concept of sustainability on the island. In 2020, Sal de Ibiza supported the organization Plastic Free Ibiza, for an island without plastic waste, with their limited edition Mar Blau with fermented garlic.
