This Cape Herb & Spice is a Curry Originals Madras blend originating from South India. The chili-based curry comes from the city of Madras (now Chennai). It has a spicy, hot aroma and a wonderfully red color. This is thanks to the paprika powder contained in the spice blend from Cape Herb & Spice, which is included alongside other spices such as turmeric, garlic, chili, ginger, cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds.
